Please Read Before Booking

By making a booking, paying a deposit, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Deposit

* A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking.

* Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

* The deposit is applied toward the total booking fee.

* Low-ball offers or attempts to negotiate after paying a deposit may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Payment

* The remaining balance is payable before or at the beginning of the appointment.

* Failure to pay the full balance may result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

* Outstanding amounts may be pursued through lawful recovery processes where applicable.

3. Cancellations

The $200 deposit is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind

* Failure to attend

* Late arrival

* Providing incorrect booking details

* Booking the wrong date or time

* Personal emergencies

The deposit compensates for reserved availability and lost booking opportunities.

4. Rescheduling

* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

* One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion and subject to availability.

* Multiple reschedule requests or last-minute changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Client Conduct

Respectful communication is expected at all times.

Service may be refused immediately, without refund, if a client:

* Behaves aggressively or disrespectfully

* Makes threats or engages in harassment

* Arrives intoxicated or under the influence to the extent it creates safety concerns

* Fails to follow reasonable instructions

The right to refuse service is reserved at all times.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that the payment is made voluntarily in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after services have been reserved may result in recovery action, including collection of any associated fees, legal costs where recoverable by law, and any other remedies available under applicable Australian law.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is handled confidentially.

Personal information, booking details and communications will never be sold or intentionally disclosed except where required by law.

Clients are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Alicia Lamars at all times.

8. Website Content

All photographs, videos, branding, logos and written content remain the intellectual property of Alicia Lamars.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alicia Lamars is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from bookings, delays, cancellations or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of this website or booking services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
