Terms and conditions
To maintain a smooth, respectful, and secure booking process, the following terms apply to all appointments, whether you are a new or returning client:
• A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure every booking. This deposit confirms your commitment, secures your time slot, and ensures that my schedule remains organised and respected.
• Deposits are mandatory for all clients, even if we have met or booked together previously. This keeps the process fair, consistent, and professional for everyone.
• If you choose to cancel, change your mind, or fail to attend your booking, the deposit is forfeited. No exceptions.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to move your booking to a new time.
• Payments are accepted via Cash or Card only.
• All card payments incur an additional $15 processing fee.
• Deposits go towards your final booking total. Nothing is added on — it simply secures the time and protects both of us.
• By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
